Maintenance Supervisor – 2 openings (#4408 – Greater Chilton/Manitowoc, WI area) Night shift position. Support Total Productive Maintenance in a hands-on role for this food manufacturer. Maximize uptime, enhance productivity, and reduce waste through Lean practices. Lead continuous improvement efforts including Kaizen initiatives. Maintain schedule and assign tasks to maintenance techs. Night shift hours are 5:00 pm – 5:00 am with a 2-2-3 rotation). Associate degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance with 6+ years’ maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing preferred). Must have 1+ years of leadership/supervisory experience. Knowledge of TPM, TPS, or lean manufacturing preferred. PLC skills required (Allen-Bradley PLC experience a plus). Hourly rate of $38 – $45/hour with full benefit package including product discounts. Local candidates only.
