Required Qualifications:

  • This position requires a high school diploma and eight years of full-time experience directly related to the job functions.
  • Related full-time work experience in facilities maintenance or a closely related field.
  • Experience supervising and delegating the work of others.
  • Experience operating a personal computer and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered.

    • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate field.
  • Eight years related work experience in a large commercial or educational setting.
