Maintenance Strategy Lead

Responsibilities:

• Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods for maintenance.
• Planning and scheduling planned and unplanned work.
• Diagnosing breakdown problems.
• Directing, instructing and supervising maintenance technicians.
• Liaising with other departments such as production, quality, engineering.
• Arranging procurement of spare parts and services.
• Define and Control KPI (breakdowns/maintenance costs).
• Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
• Writing maintenance guidelines or procedures for maintenance.
• Improving maintenance technicians qualification.
• Create spare parts list. Set up and maintain the spare part warerhouse.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical engineering, electrical or electronic engineering.
• English B2-C1.
