About the Role
The Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for performing predictive and preventative maintenance on plastic extrusion machinery, equipment, and machine shop tools to ensure machine availability and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Perform predictive and preventative maintenance on plastic extrusion machinery, equipment, and machine shop tools to ensure machine availability and reliability.
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Identify and diagnose equipment malfunctions, ensuring that all control and safety mechanisms are functional and compliant.
- Engage with OEM support and other regulatory bodies like TSSA for modification of existing machines and new equipment installation commissioning and startup.
