**Job Description Summary**
The Maintenance Specialist is responsible for the operational integrity, reliability, and performance of the plant maintenance infrastructure. This role focuses on maintaining machinery, utility systems, and material handling equipment, while driving mechanical and electrical improvement projects and ensuring the safety and efficiency of all mechanical and electrical assets.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform Preventive (PM), Predictive (PdM), and Breakdown maintenance for manufacturing and facility equipment.
+ Manage and repair complex mechanical systems, including:
+ **Fluid Power:** Hydraulic ,pneumatic and compressor system.
+ **Drive Systems:** Gearboxes, motors, pumps, and valves and associated equipotent.
+ **Lubrication:** Implement and oversee comprehensive lubrication management programs.
