Responsibilities
- Support equipment overall management after SOP.
- Plan, control, and monitor all maintenance‑related activities regarding production equipment at the location to achieve relevant KPIs such as technical availability and preventive maintenance according to HELLA regulations.
- Support technical availability improvement, first‑pass‑yield improvement, and cost improvement.
Qualifications
- Timely technical support on troubleshooting with malfunctions.
- Prepare maintenance schedules and coordinate measures to optimize maintenance, servicing, and repair work (cycles, materials, expenditure).
- Prepare equipment preventative maintenance instructions.
- Ensure that maintenance is performed according to the needs of the location regarding know‑how, availability, shifts, and spare parts.
