Our client, a manufacturing organization dedicated to quality and efficiency, is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to join their team. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Appleton, WI
**Pay Range: $25-$30**
**Shift: 6am-2pm**
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide emergency and scheduled repairs of production equipment to ensure continuous manufacturing operations.
+ Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs on production machines.
+ Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform maintenance tasks accurately.
+ Conduct regular preventive maintenance to optimize machine performance and longevity.
