Our client in the automotive industry is looking to appoint a Maintenance Shift Leader to join their team in Rosslyn, Gauteng
POSITION INFO:
Key Performance Areas Drive rapid response maintenance to ensure minimal equipment downtime and efficient fault resolution across the shift team Ensure timely capture and feedback of maintenance activities, with high completion and data accuracy standards Oversee timely closure of maintenance work orders and preventative maintenance tasks in line with site standards Maintain overall equipment effectiveness by actively managing and reducing unplanned downtime Conduct regular downtime analysis and support structured root cause investigations to prevent recurrence Promote and sustain equipment reliability by monitoring failure trends and implementing corrective actions Identify and address operational inefficiencies and safety risks in line with site continuous improvement requirements Manage overtime ...
