Job Summary
Lead the operational and maintenance reliability function at Vale Malaysia Minerals, ensuring safe, reliable, and sustainable port operations. Manage a multidisciplinary team of reliability engineers to analyze asset performance, identify loss profiles, and drive corrective actions. Implement reliability‑centered maintenance (RCM) strategies and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize asset availability and productivity. Improve equipment performance by increasing MTBF and reducing MTTR while ensuring compliance with Vale standards. Promote a strong culture of safety, risk management, teamwork, and operational excellence.
