Job Description
Lead maintenance excellence at CertainTeed's Redcliff facility as the Maintenance & Reliability Manager. Manage teams to maximize equipment uptime and optimize production capacity while enhancing safety and continuous improvement.
In this strategic role, you will provide hands-on leadership for electrical and mechanical teams. You'll be responsible for developing and improving preventive maintenance programs, driving root-cause analyses, and employing lean manufacturing principles.
