We are looking for a Maintenance & Project Engineer to join our team in Celaya Mexico. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the Maintenance and Reliability programs, Capital Projects and Process Improvement for all production facilities in Sensient Technologies.

- Support and implement key reliability and maintenance programs across various manufacturing sites and assist in developing strategies and processes for equipment care, including autonomous and condition-based maintenance
- Evaluate equipment risk and support efforts to minimize downtime and improve safety and efficiency
