AMPAM is seeking a results-driven Maintenance Program Manager to support the growth and operations of its Service Division. This individual will play a key role in expanding AMPAM's maintenance and service business across multifamily residential, hospitality, and select light commercial properties.
This position will initially be focused heavily on business development and sales efforts (approximately 70%), with operational responsibilities increasing as the service portfolio grows. The Maintenance Program Manager will be responsible for promoting and selling AMPAM's HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service offerings, developing long-term maintenance agreements, and serving as a trusted advisor to property owners, management companies, and facility teams.
In addition to driving new business, this individual will coordinate with field personnel to ensure maintenance and service work is scheduled, staffed, and executed successfully. The ideal candidate combines str...
