Join Cargojet in Hamilton as a Maintenance Procurement Specialist. This role focuses on efficient sourcing of aircraft parts and compliance with internal procurement standards.
In this full-time position, you will support the Purchasing and Inventory Supervisor in procurement tasks, working closely with maintenance engineering teams. Your responsibilities will include sourcing aircraft materials and ensuring timely delivery while complying with safety and regulatory documents. Excellent communication and negotiation skills will enable you to succeed in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and quote for aircraft and engine parts
• Handle urgent MEL purchases ensuring prompt shipping
• Maintain documentation for procurement and compliance
• Collaborate effectively with Stores and Maintenance departments
• Conduct electronic filing of all procurement records
