Job Description
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Licensed Engineer (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical operation and maintenance of food industry machinery and equipment
• Have experience in planning and implementation of maintenance activities
• Knowledge and experience in FSSC, HACCP, and GMP, CAD, INFOR system (or other ERP systems)
• Computer literate
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for planning work orders, repairs, servicing and efficient functioning of all machinery and equipment inside the plant.
• Prepare technical documentations that will support the crew in performing their duties. This includes drawings, diagrams, PID and flow charts.
• Provide a complete record of machine repair history for analysis.
• Identifying, ordering and tracking materials/ parts / equipment requirements of planned work.
