Here at Serco, we work with Asylum Accommodation and Support Services to assist individuals through the asylum system, which includes providing them with temporary accommodation.
As the Maintenance Operative your role is key in ensuring all requested repairs, be that reactive or proactive and pre planned (via manager), are carried out to the required standard and within our SLA deadlines.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with previous maintenance experience within fields relating to joinery, kitchen fitting, bath fitting, general fitting, plumbing, painting & decorating, etc. You will be a highly motivated individual who can manage your own workflow as well as work effectively within a team when necessary.
