About the role
:As a Maintenance Officer, you will carry out day-to-day maintenance and grounds tasks across the site under limited supervision. You’ll support the upkeep of buildings, equipment, and outdoor areas to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
Every day will bring something different, from shaping hedges to minor repairs, using your practical know‑how to ensure our sites run smoothly and look their best. This role is ideal for someone with general maintenance experience who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
