Maintenance Officer

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities for equipment, including compression, coating, blistering, filling and packaging machines.
• Work with production and engineering teams to prepare, review and update maintenance documentation, SOPs, preventive maintenance procedures, work instructions and other engineering documents.
• Coordinate the approval process for maintenance‑related documentation and ensure compliance with site quality systems.
• Support documentation required during equipment qualification, validation, commissioning and change control activities, where applicable.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including production, quality, validation and engineering to support maintenance activities and project execution.
• Execute and close preventive and corrective maintenance activities through the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
