The Opportunity
Bridgeman Downs Retirement Village is a close-knit community set amongst beautifully maintained gardens and grounds. Home to 180+ independent retirement living units & apartments. As a Maintenance Officer, you will play an important role within the community ensuring homes and shared spaces are safe, functional and well presented. You’ll manage a range of reactive and preventative maintenance tasks, from repairs to general handyperson work, while engaging positively with residents. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a trade background or strong domestic maintenance experience, who is friendly, proactive, and passionate about helping others.
This is a permanent full-time position working Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:30pm
