Maintenance Officer - Beaudesert

Part time Other Installation, Maintenance, and Repair Occupations

You are experienced in coordinating maintenance services. You come with relevant trade or certificate qualifications and experience, plus general computer skills and a drivers license. You are a sound communicator with the ability to work and liaise with a range of key stakeholders, including external contractors. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Co-ordination and prioritization of site maintenance tasks
• Monthly Preventive Maintenance planning and completion
• Support with coordination of vehicle Servicing and Inspection Bookings.
• Core Contractor Liaison on Site issues affecting major Building renovation, Fire, Plumbing and Electrical/HVAC works.
• Processing of Contractor Quote Requests
• Contractor Performance monitoring and Liaison.
• Troubleshooting Technical issues on systems and equipment to perform in house repair or identifying the appropriate repairer to book onsite/offsite rectification.
