Job Description
Synergie Australia are seaching for a motivated and resident-focused Maintenance Offiver to join our team at our aged-care Keperra location.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the village, ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for residents.
Important Details:
- Monday to Friday
- Flexible shift times (7-3pm, 8-4pm, 9-5pm)
- Ongoing casual work
- $35.15 an hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and carrying out general maintenance, repairs, and inspections across the retirement village (e.g. powerwashing, lighting, lock changes)
- Assisting with basic handyperson tasks, including minor repairs and installations
- Ensuring compliance with Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) procedures
- Responding promptly and professionally to resident maintenance requests
