Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative to provide services for the maintenance team at our client.


This is a role in which you will carry out day to day repairs and planned maintenance on properties in and around Luton and South Bedfordshire.


As an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative the role will involve:

  • Responsible for layout, installation, repairing, finishing, and maintaining various structures and fixtures working with building materials (most often wood).

  • Build/install window frames, doors, staircases and fences. Going to selected retailers and obtaining the materials you require for the works.

  • Installing kitchens and bathrooms including material preparation and handling.

    • The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of working within a customer centred environment as a multi-skilled tradesperson with experience in plumbing, painting, tiling, plastering repairs, light ground...
