We are looking for a Maintenance Mechanic to support a highly automated manufacturing operation in Mason. This role is critical to maintaining equipment reliability, reducing unplanned downtime, and supporting upcoming equipment and product changeovers.
This is a hands‑on position for someone who takes ownership of the equipment they work on, learns quickly in an on‑the‑job training environment, and is comfortable working independently across shifts with limited direct supervision.
The shifts we currently have available are 8a-4p and 4p-12a, and within 6 months the shift will change to a 12-hour rotating schedule on a 2-2-3 s...
