Position Function
Under the direction of the Lead Mechanic, the Maintenance Mechanic performs a wide variety of duties that are critical to the operation of the facility and the safety and comfort of patients and staff.
Job Relationships
- Reports to the Lead Mechanic.
- Supervised by the Director of Maintenance.
- Works in conjunction with all other Maintenance employees.
Authority
- Has the authority to make decisions when on a shift alone.
- If an emergency arises or a need exists to provide service that he can not provide, he must call in appropriate personnel or contractors.
