The Maintenance Mechanic I reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and works closely with the Production Manager. This role involves troubleshooting machinery, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. You'll be instrumental in supporting production teams while maintaining high-quality standards in a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive maintenance as per SOPs
• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery
• Inspect machinery and diagnose issues
• Fabricate replacement parts as needed
• Participate in continuous improvement projects

• 433 A Millwright / Trade certification required
