Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility. Reporting to the General Manager, the role includes developing professional working relationships with tenants, contractors, and community organizations, and organizing and directing the daily activities of the Maintenance Department and its affiliated companies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance and building/housing assets of the Corporation.
- Prepare the annual maintenance operating budget and documentation on expenditures of maintenance costs.
- Manage contractor/supplier payments and related invoices.
- Issue work orders, prepare tender documents for contract work, and notify contractors accordingly.
