Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of refrigeration technicians
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Develop and manage customer relations regarding equipment performance and service requests
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all maintenance operations
• Handle procurement of parts, materials, and equipment needed for maintenance tasks
• Prepare and manage invoicing and billing related to maintenance services
• Plan and allocate resources, including manpower and budget, for efficient operation
