Description
Crovan Court Nursing & Residential Home are looking for a Maintenance Manager to work as part of the Maintenance Team, integral to supporting the LV Care Group to ensure that the maintenance of all buildings and equipment used is carried out to a high standard, whilst ensuring the quality of life for the homes' residents are not adversely affected by the building or maintenance works.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake planned and reactive maintenance within LV Group homes.
- Liaise with the Registered Managers and Maintenance Supervisor to understand and action the requirements of the Group.
