**$2000 HIRING BONUS** The St-Patrick private seniors' residence, located near Cartier Street, is seeking a Maintenance Manager. Start date as soon as possible. Advancement opportunities available. The Maintenance Manager will perform minor maintenance tasks; CCQ certification is not required!
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime (3 days on call)
Salary: Starting at $34/hour
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the proper functioning of the building and its equipment
- Identify and plan the nature and timing of execution of certain long-term work and ensure follow-up with management
