AAM Is searching for a Maintenance Manager to join our Minerva, OH team!
As a Maintenance Manager, you will manage the plant maintenance staff, programs and processes, typically under direction of the Plant Operations Manager, in order to ensure safe, timely and efficient operation of all plant machinery and equipment. You will also manage the processes and activities for maintaining all plant machinery to ensure safe, continual and efficient operation.
Job Description
Manages maintenance employee outcomes by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining associates. Communicates job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job contributions, and recommends compensation actions, adhering to policies and procedures.
