Job Description
Responsibilities
- Leading preventive maintenance
- Assuring required spare parts inventory level
- Translating breakdowns events into required preventive maintenance program
- Initiating equipment modifications for enhanced reliability
- Defining maintenance standards & procedures
Qualifications
- University Degree (Bachelor) or higher in Engineering or other related field.
- 6 - 8 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (strong preference in FMCG) including Engineering roles
- Min of 4 years in a people leadership with strong focus on development of teams
- Experience of change management within the plant to improve organization performance, in safety and quality as well.
- Project management experience including leading a project
- Strong understanding of budgeting with good understanding of financial processes.
