- Leading preventive maintenance
- Assuring required spare parts inventory level
- Translating breakdown events into required preventive maintenance program
- Initiating equipment modifications for enhanced reliability
- Defining maintenance standards & procedures
Position: Maintenance Manager
- University degree (Bachelor) or higher in Engineering or other related field
- 6-8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (strong preference in FMCG) including Engineering roles
- Minimum 4 years in a people leadership role with a strong focus on development of teams
- Experience of change management within the plant to improve organization performance, safety and quality as well
- Project management experience including leading a project
- Strong understanding of budgeting with good understanding of financial processes
