Job Description
- Oversee the maintenance, servicing, and repair of all estate buildings, infrastructure, equipment, vehicles, and utilities.
- Develop and manage preventative maintenance programmes to ensure optimal asset performance and minimise downtime.
- Manage water, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, air-conditioning, and other critical utility systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and coordinate maintenance projects, refurbishments, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team, contractors, and service providers to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Manage maintenance budgets, asset registers, service schedules, and contractor agreements.
