• Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventative maintenance programs.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize production disruptions.
• Prepare and manage facility maintenance budget.
• Forecast future plant requirements to support projected production demands.
• Lead, mentor and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and other support staff.
