  • Drive and improve maintenance efficiency
  • Ensure CAE meets its contracted obligations relating to customer training success
  • Ensure staffing and training of all required personnel is achieved
  • Lead by example, displaying exemplary leadership to the team, stakeholders and employees
  • Promote and execute CAE’s Quality Management System
  • Deploy and continuously improve all appropriate processes, procedures and work instructions
  • Deliver inputs to budget and forecasting
  • Promote and execute CAE’s Environment, Health & Safety Management System

    • Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing a team
  • Experience in a technician or maintenance related role
  • Ideally hold experience within the aviation and/or defence industries
  • Ability to obtain/maintain an Australian Defence Security Clerance – must be an AU Citizen!
  • Ability to work on-site 5 days a week at RA...
