CSG Talent has an opportunity for a Maintenance Manager with a background in industrial manufacturing or chemicals, to focus on managing maintenance activities across sites in NSW.
Our client is a global leader in the production and distribution of industrial minerals for a variety of industries such as construction, packaging, food, pharmaceuticals and agriculture.
Key Responsibilities:
- People leadership and management responsibilities, directly managing a team of 8 staff.
- Develop, plan and implement site projects and expenditure.
- Ensure safety, environment and quality standards are met.
- Direct activities for daily, routine, corrective and breakdown maintenance requirements.
- Maintain plant optimisation and managing spare parts inventory.
