Join Cape Smokey in Ingonish as a Maintenance and Operations Manager. Oversee ski hill operations, budget planning, and staff training in a dynamic outdoor environment.
In the permanent Maintenance and Operations Manager role, your responsibilities will include managing the operations of our ski hill at Cape Smokey. You will prepare budgets, develop snowmaking schedules, and ensure all equipment is maintained and operational. Your experience in maintenance management will support the development of pricing and promotional strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
