Maintenance Group LeaderAs the Maintenance Group Leader, you will manage a small to medium group of maintenance employees responsible for the maintenance and repair of plant equipment and facilities, aligned with standard GM maintenance systems.ResponsibilitiesConduct appropriate checks and tests, evaluate results, and communicate findings.Recommend solutions to equipment or process problems.Lead preventive maintenance and diagnose equipment malfunctions.Meet schedule and quality requirements.Comply with local and national labor agreements.Implement divisional and corporate policies, safety, and good housekeeping practices.Maintain frequent contact and collaborate with other departments and functions.Manage effective use of personnel, materials, and equipment.Establish action plans to complete jobs and projects; apply GMS principles.Work ArrangementsLocation: On‐site, full‐time.
