Join our Engineering team in Malaysia as a Maintenance Lead and drive the change.
What you will do
- Manage and Lead the maintenance team.
- Support Plant Manager with CAPEX and FE - Fix Expenses budgeting
- Participate and contribute in all improvement initiatives such as 6S, Safety Excellence, Winning Together, Waste reduction, etc.
- Place service calls to outside repair/contractor agencies
- Interface and support contractors as needed
- Report safety and environmental incidents.
- Ensure all operators have the relevant training to operate equipment related to their assignments in a safe manner.
- Ensure that all company policies, including all safety policies, are followed.
