POSITION: MAINTENANCE LEAD
Location: Cleveland, OH
Shifts: 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m., five days/week. Weekends are required.
Pay: Up to $38/hour, plus overtime pay
Lead Maintenance in a High-Speed Food Production Environment
Our client is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Lead to oversee overnight maintenance operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. This is a working lead role that combines mechanical and electrical troubleshooting with team leadership, preventive maintenance coordination, and support for continuous improvement initiatives.
