Job Description
This position is supporting two locations. (North and South side)
What You’ll Do
- Maintain Cleanliness – Ensure offices, washrooms, hallways, and driveways are clean, sanitized, and presentable.
- General Facility Maintenance Tasks – Tackle small repairs like fixing doors, replacing light bulbs, and lubricating locks. Keep the outside of the facility property looking tidy and accessible to customers.
- Identify Safety & Security Issues – Report any hazards or facility issues to the Site Manager. Stay alert to any unusual activity after hours and report concerns accordingly.
- Support Site Teams – Work alongside Site staff to prioritize daily and seasonal maintenance tasks.
