Millwright Foreman
We are looking for a Millwright Foreman at our Oakbank site to complete our maintenance team.
Job Summary
- Supervise and schedule the maintenance team on rotation to follow production schedules.
- Ensure that routine, planned maintenance is completed on time.
- Ensure the maintenance team is on hand to address unexpected breakdowns when they occur.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and work with your team, the engineering design team, and management to bring those improvements to fruition.
- Use your leadership experience to mentor employees, address performance issues, and ensure employees are engaged and focused on completing tasks assigned to them.
- Collaborate with various teams on improvement projects related to buildings, equipment and the yard for the entire site.
