Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- To troubleshoot and maintain/service security systems at clients’ premises
- Attend to fault calls during/after office hours
- Support Maintenance Lead to upkeep Clients’ security system inventory list and maintenance spares
- Support Maintenance Lead to liaise with clients, integrated facility management representatives and trade contractors so as to facilitate to carry out work at clients’ premises
- Liaise closely with clients, integrated facility management representatives on all service/maintenance related issues to achieve optimal results.
- Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
- Perform any other technical tasks as required including new installations, A&A, HOTO, T&C and equipment replacement etc
- Diploma/Higher Nitec/Nitec in Engineering/IT or relevant working experience in the related field
