Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Pontypridd
Approx. £40,000 during training period, rising to circa £48,000 upon transition to shift pattern
Monday to Friday Days (Year 1), progressing to Days & Nights rotation
The Opportunity
Yolk Recruitment are supporting a high-performing manufacturer in South Wales who are investing heavily in their site, machinery, and engineering function. This is a hands-on role where you'll be trusted to own breakdown response, drive reliability improvements, and keep production moving - the sort of environment that suits an engineer who enjoys fault finding, variety, and being close to the kit.
This position offers a structured development pathway. You'll initially work a Monday to Friday days-based pattern, allowing you to fully embed yourself within the site, machinery, processes and engineering team.
