Job Description
I/ Key Responsibilities
- Collect, monitor, and analyze machine operation and downtime data to improve equipment reliability and maintenance performance.
- Perform reliability analysis using FMEA, RCA, Weibull Analysis, and other data-driven methods to identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Support the development of maintenance strategies, including Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM), and vibration monitoring.
- Track and report key maintenance KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, PM%, and Breakdown Frequency (BF).
- Create, maintain, and update interactive dashboards using Power BI.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reliability reports and analyze equipment performance trends.
