We are looking for a hands-on, solutions-driven Maintenance Engineer to oversee the effective functioning of all production equipment, utilities, and infrastructure at our Germiston facility. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to equipment reliability, compliance, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Technical Oversight
Supervise and coordinate all preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities.
Ensure continuous operation of production systems , utilities, and infrastructure.
Monitor equipment and plant performance , implement improvements, and reduce downtime.
Supervise internal maintenance teams and manage third-party contractors as needed.
Coordinate system shutdowns with production for scheduled maintenance or repairs...
