Job Description
Successful incumbent will have a completed Engineering qualification / Trade Test Certificate, coupled with 5-10 years experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing sector . Proven experience in MSOffice, SCADA and SAP essential as well as knowledge of the OHS Act with proven supervisory management and job planning experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage preventative maintenance programs
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and work instructions
- Lead root cause failure analysis to minimize breakdowns
- Oversee plant shutdown planning and execution
- Manage maintenance work orders and preventative plans on SAP
- Supervise, train, and support maintenance teams
- Ensure safety, statutory, and ISO compliance
- Manage maintenance budgets and cost-saving initiatives
- Coordinate contractors and planned projects
