Salary: $40ph + Van + Super
Location: Northern Beaches
We are currently recruiting an experienced Maintenance Carpenter / Handyperson to join a leading national facilities maintenance provider covering the Northern Beaches This position offers excellent stability, variety throughout the week, and strong support from a dedicated Head Office team.
Key Responsibilities
- General commercial carpentry maintenance
- Partitioning and ceiling grid works
- Plasterboard and gyprock repairs
- Painting, tiling, concrete patching and general building repairs
- Door and hardware repairs, including lock adjustments
- Flooring repairs and minor installations
- Joinery repairs, cabinetry work and small kitchen installations
