Morson are recruiting for an Estates Maintenance Assistant to support our NHS client within their Estates & Facilities team.
This role is ideal for someone with a basic mechanical, plumbing, electrical, or building maintenance background looking to develop within a structured and stable environment, working across a variety of building services.
The Role
You will support the day-to-day delivery of maintenance services across NHS sites, carrying out basic repairs, maintenance tasks, and inspections on a wide range of equipment.
Key duties include:
Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs on:
Heating and hot/cold water systems
Wastewater and drainage systems
Lighting and basic electrical equipment
Air conditioning systems
