The Penske Maintenance Analytics team is seeking a Senior Maintenance Analyst to drive business outcomes through high-impact data analytics. This role leads and contributes to the development of analytical solutions and data products, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, automated insights.
The role requires strong operational acumen and the ability to work across complex data and analytics ecosystems, including on‑premises and cloud-based platforms (AWS). The ideal candidate will excel at data querying and analysis, data modeling, and the development of reports and dashboards that enable confident, data-driven decision-making. Proficiency with Python, SQL, Excel, Qlik Sense, Tableau, and similar analytics and visualization tools is essential.
