Job Description

Position Overview

The position will work independently and cooperatively to assist with the provisions of ongoing maintenance and repair activities of the facility, in accordance with established policies/procedures.

Experience

  • Minimum three years experience in related trades.

    • Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)

  • Grade 12 or equivalent.

    • Certification/Licensure/Registration

  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license.

  • Complies with all legislation, regulations, i.e.: WHMIS, Workplace Safety and Health.

    • Qualifications and Skills

  • Three years experience in building operations management or related education.

  • Ability to coordinate contract service needs.

  • Must be reliable, dependable and punctual.

  • Considerate of the safety and economic aspects of equipment and supplies.
